Product & Quality Commitment

We are committed to maintaining consistent product quality and clear, accurate product descriptions so customers know exactly what to expect, in full compliance with the Italian Consumer Code (Codice del Consumo) and EU regulations. Each item is selected or designed with meticulous attention to materials, fit, and usability, and undergoes strict checks to ensure full conformity with the EU REACH Regulation, including restrictions on harmful azo dyes, heavy metals, formaldehyde and other restricted substances in textiles.

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771 on the sale of consumer goods, we provide a mandatory 2-year statutory warranty on all our products, covering any conformity defects present at the time of delivery. If you have any questions before or after your purchase, our support team is available to assist you, with a dedicated focus on upholding your consumer rights under Italian and EU law.

Sustainability Efforts

We recognize the importance of reducing environmental impact, and we make transparent, evidence-based sustainability commitments in full compliance with Italian and EU regulations, to avoid any form of greenwashing as defined by the Italian Competition and Market Authority (AGCM). As part of our ongoing efforts:

• We use biodegradable mailing bags for order fulfillment, compliant with the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR);
• We utilize FSC-certified recycled paper materials for packaging and product tags, with all packaging marked with the mandatory material identification codes and Italian-language disposal instructions as required by Italian packaging law;
• We continuously explore additional ways to improve our sustainability practices, including the integration of certified sustainable fabrics, in line with the EU Sustainable Products Ecodesign Regulation (ESPR).
