Is it safe to do the payment on your website?

Junakim is fully compliant with the EU Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring the highest level of security for your online payments and personal data. We use industry-standard 256 Bit SSL/TLS encryption technology to encrypt all sensitive information, including passwords, payment card details, and personal data, during all online transactions. All payment forms on our site are secured with SSL/TLS technology, and we enforce Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) for eligible transactions as required by PSD2, to prevent unauthorized access and fraud. Your personal and payment data is processed in strict compliance with GDPR, and will never be shared with unauthorized third parties.

How can I choose my payment method?

You can view all available payment methods, including any associated fees, with full transparency before you confirm your order. Simply add your desired items to the cart, proceed to the checkout page, where all eligible payment methods for your shipping destination will be clearly displayed, and you can select your preferred option. No additional payment fees will be charged without your explicit prior consent, in compliance with Italian and EU payment regulations.

Will I receive a confirmation email after I do the payment?

Yes. As soon as your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automatic order and payment confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout, within 1 business hour. This email will include your full order details, total amount paid, billing and shipping information, our business contact details, and a clear summary of your consumer rights, including the 14-day withdrawal period as per EU and Italian consumer law. You will also receive a payment confirmation from your selected payment service provider, where applicable.

Pricing

All product prices listed on the Website include the applicable Italian Value Added Tax (VAT) at the legally required rate (standard rate 22%, or reduced rate where applicable by Italian and EU law). The final price displayed at checkout, before you confirm your order, is the total amount you will pay, including all applicable taxes and pre-disclosed shipping fees. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for by you.

Billing Authorization

By providing your payment information and confirming your order, you explicitly authorize us to charge the total amount specified in your order summary to your selected payment method. For in-stock items, payment will be charged at the time of order confirmation. For pre-order or made-to-order items, we will only charge your payment method when the item is ready for dispatch, and we will notify you in advance of the charge. You retain the right to withdraw your authorization for any unprocessed charges by contacting our customer service at info@junakim.com, in accordance with EU and Italian consumer law. All charges are processed in full compliance with PSD2 and Italian payment regulations.

Taxes and Membership Fees

All prices displayed on the Website include applicable Italian VAT for orders shipped within Italy and the European Union. For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, you may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country, which are your sole responsibility and will be collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. We do not charge any form of membership fees, subscription fees, or hidden charges at any stage of the purchasing process.

Withdrawal Right & Refund Rules

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on Consumer Rights and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the ordered goods, without giving any reason. Upon valid exercise of the withdrawal right, we will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your withdrawal decision. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agree otherwise; no fees will be charged for the refund.

Payment Failure & Order Cancellation

If your payment is not successfully processed, is declined, or is reversed for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend your order until full payment is received. We will notify you via email of the payment failure and provide you with a reasonable timeframe to complete the payment using an alternative method. You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before the payment is processed, in accordance with Italian and EU consumer law.

Unauthorized Transactions & Fraud Protection

In compliance with PSD2 and Italian payment regulations, you are not liable for any unauthorized payment transactions made using your payment method, provided that you have not acted fraudulently or with gross negligence. If you notice any unauthorized charges related to your order on our website, you must notify us immediately at info@junakim.com and contact your payment service provider to exercise your chargeback rights. We cooperate fully with payment service providers and law enforcement authorities to prevent and investigate payment fraud.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Billing Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website at least 15 calendar days before they take effect, and we will notify you of significant changes via email where applicable. For orders placed before the effective date of the modified terms, the version of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of your order confirmation will apply. You have the right to reject the modified terms and terminate your contract with us without penalty before the changes take effect.

Dispute Resolution

For any disputes related to payments or your order, you may first contact our customer service at info@junakim.com to seek an amicable resolution. In accordance with EU Regulation 524/2013, you also have the right to access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For consumers resident in Italy, you may also contact the Italian Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) bodies for consumer disputes, as listed by the Italian Competition Authority (AGCM).
