1. Return Window
At Junakim, we offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Important: Items must be returned only after receiving return authorization from our support team.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items explicitly marked as “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase
- Items that show signs of use or damage not caused by us
- Items returned without prior authorization
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days
- If approved, you will receive return instructions

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
6. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection via email
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days
Please note:
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
- Partial refunds may be issued if items are returned in a condition that does not fully meet eligibility requirements
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos as evidence
We will offer one of the following solutions:
- Replacement (if available)
- Full refund
- Alternative resolution depending on the situation
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
8. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
For all other cases, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
