At Junakim, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from our website.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (CET) will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • United States

  • Italy

  • Most European countries

  • Selected international destinations

If your country is unavailable at checkout, please contact us before placing your order.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Italy: 2–4 business days

  • Europe: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

4. Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination and logistics availability, orders may be shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • DHL

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Poste Italiane

  • Local delivery partners

Tracking information will be provided once your package has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

6. Customs Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address information or inability to receive the package, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your package arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

9. Returns & Return Shipping

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
