They form the entire agreement between you and Junakim regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.

By using our website and services, you confirm that:

  • You possess the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts;

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, unavailable stock, or violations of these Terms.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website include Italian VAT (Value Added Tax) at the applicable rate. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected. Payment must be made at the time of ordering via available payment methods. We reserve the right to cancel uncompleted or failed payments.

6. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery times are estimates only. Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, force majeure, or incorrect delivery information provided by you. Any additional fees for special delivery are your responsibility.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving a reason. Returns must be initiated within the withdrawal period. Return costs are borne by you, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. 8. Product Conformity & Warranty

We guarantee product conformity under Italian law for 24 months from delivery. If products are defective, non-compliant, or damaged upon arrival, you are entitled to replacement, repair, or a full refund at no cost. Claims must be submitted promptly with supporting evidence.

You agree not to use our website for:

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities;

  • We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably via customer service. For unresolved disputes, you may use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr or contact Italian alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies. The competent court for consumers resident in Italy shall be the court of your place of residence.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website with prior notice. Continued use of the website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
